What am I looking forward to?
Getting back to my target BMI this October.
Though always a proactive healthy eater and active lifestyle, I’ve had to refine my nutrition and routine over these last years, and I’ve finally cracked my code and I’m on track again!
What I look for?
Touch. Tenderness. Understanding. Encouragement. Work ethic balanced by intentional RandR (you know, power naps and spontaneous 4 day weekends are vital). Hope. Creativity. Deep Intelligence and a passion for learning and discovery. Self aware communication and the ability to express ones needs, desires and frustrations playfully, insightfully, and constructively.
I feel most at home when I'm with other creatives, or perpetual learners, striving to be at their best. I’ve read my share of Tony Robbins and John Gottman. Figuring out our own junk and not projecting that onto other people is a good start. How about you?
Im most passionate about Architecture and garden design, being the best dad, fitness and exercise, working hard but also having a flexible schedule to maintain balance, and getting out of the rat race. Travel and adventure.
