I enjoy my various lines of work in music including teaching. (I'll tell you more if we get into conversation)
I'm a positive, caring, generous, empathetic and practical person, into healthy eating (I'm quite good at cooking), outdoor exercise, (jogging, country walks, occasional wild swimming etc), gardening and some D.I.Y.
I read widely and particularly like classic 19th century novels and also modern books by scientific thinkers. I feel so lucky to live at a time when the mysteries of nature and even ourselves are beginning to be understood by science.
I can be light-hearted and very funny, witty and sometimes very earnest, I like people to be able to express their feelings, I have been told I'm a good listener and mediator when friends fall out!
I'm a mixture of gregarious and liking plenty of space (not a great user of social media though it's good at times). I really like having a meal with friends, sometimes with me doing the cooking, I believe I am thoughtful and hospitable.
