About her
Hi there! I guess I should start by justifying my presence on a Love Arts website. I'm a right theatre fiend. I used to do a lot of acting; now I'm more of an audience member. I sing in a lovely choir and I used to play the cello, though recent attempts bear distressing resemblance to my flat's plumbing. There's no knowing what the neighbours think. I also love novels and my attempts at writing fiction continue. But I'll admit I'm just as fond of low-brow telly and have been known to get terribly excited about Sherlock, Dr. Who and even the Musketeers.
But life's not all about the arts, is it? Only mainly. So, things to make me sound exciting: I used to work in Afghanistan. (Ooh!). I'm a keen scuba diver. (OOH!) I once had a hug with a wild orang utan. (Gosh!) And got told off for it by the park warden. (Ah.)
I now work in the Ministry of Justice, on prison reform. Hard work, but worthwhile.
What else? Oh, I'm a vegetarian, though in many ways more interesting than a rabbit. Which is not to impugn rabbits in any way- they have great ears, for instance. You can, of course, eat whatever you like. Apart from children. I would get upset then. I'm a proud aunt and I look to be eccentric whenever possible, though crochet is sadly beyond me.

My best friend, who I also fancy. Someone who will go to the theatre with me, will dance like an idiot when the music comes on and is probably up for Going Ape, or trampolining if someone suggests it. Isn't horrified by the idea of foreign travel. And wants kids.
