About him
I am a person with an eclectic back ground and a great many interests. Having spent my 20s in London, Amsterdam and NYC, I like the international flair. I see beyond borders, or custom and enjoy multiculturalism. I am a creative nonfiction writer and love to teach writing to various underserved communities.
I teach memoir to senior citizens and incarcerated kids. I love the outdoors, play competitive tennis, am a very good cook, hike, bike etc. I can stay in and binge watch. Guess what, I love to shop too. You see, I love design and women understand design in their clothes and their shoes. Don't get me started on women's shoes, I have written essays on them.
I am curious, bold, sensitive, sensual, sometimes quiet, sometimes over the top, shy and withdrawn. In other words, I am a complex human being, and I hope you are too. I want you to be. All of us as humans are filled with contradictions, I know that, and I know who I am. I am far from perfect. If you don't feel you contradict yourself, and that you're perfect, then stop reading here and move on.
If you want to explore the world, experience different things, take a chance for the thrill of it, pack our bags and point the car in a direction for a few days, stop at a roadside attraction and make a new friend on the way, then I am your man.

I am an enigma at first, an admittedly terrible first date, but where is the fun in figuring it all out the first time round?
If you want to really laugh, watch me on the dance floor. I am awful with the horrendous overbite of the insecure, but with that knowledge, I still get out there and dance and that says a lot. Finding joy where I can is important to me.
About his ideal match
This is the most impossible thing in the world to answer. This creates expectations and puts labels which may not fit. A person is not block to be put in a puzzle which then say, "Oh, this fits." A person is a million different events which add up to who they are.
Having said that, I like to talk, I like a woman who is aware of the world around her, who likes to engage in spirited conversations. I want a woman with her own world view. I would like a woman who likes to see art, participate in art, maybe play tennis, but if you don't, no worries.
If say, you worshiped Donald Trump, that would be a deal breaker. I am liberal, I don't think caring about our community is a bad thing. I support marginalized people's rights to exist fairly in our world.
Finally, if we get that far, I really hope you like making out. I do. There is something so wonderful about an old fashioned make out session. Understand, I want to make you curl your toes, and that's a promise.
