I'm more interested in meeting up or having a chat on the phone but here are some pointers:
Humorous, fit, attractive (so I'm told) man, looking for a serious relationship (Kent/London axis).
I like open air: walking, cycling, camping, running, anything to do with messing about in boats and sailing (I'm no expert on sailing but I used to live on a boat). Pubs.
I studied music here and abroad - I was a drummer and composer. I now teach law at university and do music from time to time. I go to the cinema and see bands at my local small venue. I'd like to see more theatre, though. I love the arts in general. And I look forward to cooking, especially if it's for a candlelit dinner with my beloved. Overall, I wouldn't say I'm a renegade or a revolutionary exactly but there is cynicism there and I don't think we should take ourselves too seriously.
Music: all sorts. Rock, Jazz, World, Classical, Opera, Musicals, Folk, Blues. Steely Dan, Joni Mitchell - you get the idea.
Movies: anything interesting. Demolition, Moon, Kurosawa, Woody Allen when he was good, Bergman, Hitchcock, Coens. Larry Sanders, Curb, Breaking Bad, True Detective, Andy Kaufman (especially).
Art: Hyper-realism. Matisse is better than Picasso these days. Warhol (but not his art).
Reading: autobiography, books on art, history, unusual writing, Classics, legal history.
Other: you can make pieces of furniture out of old pallet wood. I was a landscape gardener for a while and there's nothing like putting up a fence, laying a patio, or building a brick wall.
More: I'm comfortable socialising in groups but intimacy between two wins the day. I love surprising my partner with impromtus I think she will enjoy, such as weekends away.
I can be level-headed and sensible.
All that goes out the window when the moment takes.
I like making subversive little jokes and I've been told my humour can be too biting.
