About her
I moved to Cambridgeshire last April. My son lives in CB but my daughter still lives in the north.
I'm a loyal and considerate person with a good sense of humour. I enjoy going to the theatre and cinema. I am a volunteer with a couple of organisations and a local school. I read crime fiction and spy novels mainly and like to watch drama and crime drama on the TV and comedy such as 'Inside No. 9'. I walk locally and attend yoga sessions. And although I'm not a vegetarian or vegan I do like a lot of the food and find myself eating less and less meat.
Since living in the Cambridge area I've seen David Starkey and Evan Davies and attended a few talks at last year's Festival of Ideas. I attended them alone and altho' I'm happy with my own company but it's more enjoyable to do things with a friend.
I'm not looking for the romance of the decade I would much rather be friends with someone which may lead to romance - let's see.

I would like to be able to go to the cinema and theatre with you but also visit the countryside. I'm aiming to travel more so someone who likes travelling in this country or overseas would be nice. You need a sense of humour too. I like smart clothes and I would like you to be smart too, sometimes men of a certain age can be a bit beige in the clothes department (Yes, and some women too, I know!).
I would like to meet you as soon as possible if we're both agreeable - I don't want a relationship with a website!
