About him
Hello there! Hailing from the Highlands of Scotland, I have lived a somewhat bohemian lifestyle on a narrowboat on the canal here in Oxford for 29 years. But that has finally come to an end, and I have bought a small flat in a village just north of the city. I am an actor/entertainer/performer, having trod the boards in many, many different genres, for over 30 years; and became a published author when my black comedy thriller was released in 2017. In addition I am a gardener, tree surgeon, and painter/decorator.
"Quirky" is one of the adjectives often applied to me, and one I am comfortable with; I am lively, outgoing, would like to think I am fairly humorous, and definitely an outdoor type. Nights at the cinema and theatre are obviously attractive to me as well, however. I have many interests; walking, mountaineering, history, football, food, drink, travel, writing, and culture in general. I think one can find interest in almost anything; boredom is an affliction of the lazy minded. Oh and I am 66, though like everyone else feel much younger! But I will let others be the judge of that. I am passionate about many things, though not politics, I must admit; and I am an extreme non-smoker. Also a vegetarian, but not so extreme about that.

A woman, first and foremost; any age really! A great lively fun personality and twinkle in the eye trumps almost everything. I am not perfect, so do not expect perfection in others.
