This is just a quickie, as it were, as people need to meet up to see if it's going to work. However, I would say that I do like a good film and am currently going through an 'old' phase watching black and white stuff. I do like a Scandavian dramas also - can't get enough of them! My TV broke down a couple of months ago and I have yet to replace it so I clearly I do not watch that much TV!
Whilst I have a technical job, I do have more 'arty' interests and I find architecture interesting, especially old stuff. I have more of an appreciation of the arts more than anything else but like going out to theatres, exhibitions and the like. I'm up for anything different and out-of-the-ordinary. There are not a lot of things that I will say 'no' to!
I generally like to keep active and have recently dusted off my road bike and taking up cycling again. Although a city boy at heart I love the picturesque countryside and recently cycled around Snowdonia. It nearly killed me (well, not really!) but the views were great!
What else?? Oh yeah,I have a obvious cheeky side and can chat the hind legs of a donkey, in the right company. I am my own person and actively do not follow 'the crowd' - unless, of course, 'the crowd' are doing something I like! I generally don't suffer fools gladly but try to see the good in people and have a very positive outlook in life.
(Just realised that this 'blurb' is not a short as I thought it would be! Ho hum...)
