I'm a mass of paradoxes like, IMO, the best of us. I'm a sharp, fast, witty, funny pop culture, music, arts, film, theatre and politics guy who also gets great joy from volunteering, doing things for friends, chanting Kirtan, and quiet breathing time. I like having the resources to live well, eat well, travel well and be well-yet I surely would be seen more as an artist/creative type (of the non-narcissistic non-flake variety) than a straight laced guy. I'm a lover of all things vintage and antique-I collect all kinds of stuff. I love playing guitar and singing with friends. I would be described as on the left in my politics- though i think of myself as simply reasonable.

I'd like to meet a woman who sees vulnerability as strength and not weakness....who has a truly kind and loving heart....who is brave and honest enough to know what she needs in a relationship and is able to speak her mind when needed.....who has worked through (though it's a lifelong process) the trauma and sadness in her life is conscious of who she really is......Someone who thinks that I'm pretty darn cool would be great too.
