I believe in affirmations. I'm a humanitarian and believe in living naturally, healthy and without man made chemicals. I live a very organic, holistic life. I am who I am and you are who you are and I believe people come in and out of our lives to teach us and be a part of our growth. Acceptance of who someone else is as a person, without judgements or intentions of changing another, is a huge strength of character, in my opinion. That's growth and what we all should aim for.
