About him
Portland is in the middle of the Pacific Northwest. Located between Seattle Washington (to my North) and Northern California (to my South). The sun sets over the Pacific Ocean. The volcanoes and mountains rise sharply into the grey clouds. Portland Shares a similar climate with the UK and France, but Portland's geology is closer to Japans. Located in the 'Ring of Fire', our region is shaped by colliding tectonic plates.
Art, outdoor sports, vintage cars, antiques and travel are my main interests. Unfortunately life is too short, and we wont be able to do and see all that we would hope to. So I've focused on two areas of the world which I find fascinating.
The history and cultures of the UK, France and Japan are all rich, distinct and long lived. I'd love to live in one of these countries, at least for a few years.
I know its a long shot. Meeting someone from the UK, Japan or France is a long shot. And long distance relationships rarely work out. But I would love to meet a cool person with the hope that one day I'd have a friend to meet up with. A person who could share more about their home town. Someone who might be interested in visiting my beautiful city of Portland.
