Single, kind, intelligent, romantic, tactile, broadminded, well-travelled, lover of life. I love walks on the beach, hugs, curling up on the sofa and laughing 'til you ache, laughter is so important and I'm not afraid to laugh at myself which is just as well and can be cheeky so nice if I'm not alone in that. Previously an NHS behaviour change specialist and service manager, now an award winning photographer. I love art, architecture, design, travel, music, movies/tv, days out just seeing where it takes us. I appreciate the value of money, not those who crave it, my financials are not what some seem to need BUT that's ok, I get by and I'm interested in you, life and experiences not things and definitely not what you have/own. I'll explain fully if we meet but currently share a home with my brother but I'm happy to travel to you and if we work out, love a romantic weekend away in hotels/air bnb's etc. Exercise has always been a large part of my life and I have an athletic frame, though the miles have taken their toll lol.
I am looking for the glass half full type, that doesn't take themselves too seriously but can hold a decent conversation.
I'm not into text speak though a 'lol' here and there is ok. I would much rather have someone pick up the phone than have text conversations where possible, though I appreciate the beauty of language and a well-written email can be a powerful and emotive device.
I believe in maintaining romance so not looking to share the bathroom if you know what I mean. I don't drink but am happy for you to but I don't want someone who feels they must get drunk to enjoy life. I am a fussy eater, my friends laugh but I get by and that's ok I've got broad shoulders. I'd love to visit some world renowned carnivals, festivals and events, though not a guy who will ever love the muddy field/portaloo experience, give me a hotel/apartment every time. You must love kissing, be ok with public affection and showing how you feel. There is so much to explore want to start an adventure?
