By turns in my life I have been many things: International traveller (2 times around the world), Documentary writer and producer, Video journalist, Conservation writer...And now teacher.
I adore all things artistic and have delved into craft, drawing, painting, sculpture, acting, directing and photography. I am politically blue, a dedicated tree hugger and a friend of all species unconditionally. Science, history, literature, philosophy, exploration, all are fascinating to me - especially that which has remained unknown or untold. Philosophically I am an Aristotelian-Cartesian humanist. I seem to be drawn to altruism, compassion and nurturing. I have raised 2 daughters, 30 bonsai and innumerable pets. I was married for 29 years and am looking for someone who can be an both intellectual partner and passionate lover. I adore Asian cuisine (no lactose please) and can make a mean roast chicken. My musical tastes run the gamut from Country Blues to minimalism. I am eclectic that way.
I am strong but fragile. Romantic but intellectual. Sophisticated but casual. Interested in commitment but not ready for marriage (again).
