About him
I'm a dreamer, full of ideas and creative energy, perhaps a tad eccentric-in a good way. I love to learn and discuss new thoughts, different points of view etc. I love to share what I've learned with others. If I could start over I'd be a high school history teacher. If life is an adventure, I've certainly had my share. Perhaps I'm a spiritual anomaly: A man who's made it this far in life yet has somehow managed to keep his heart firmly affixed to his sleeve. I love to learn, read and take part in spirited conversation. I'm a man of words, but be forewarned; I don't like to shave on my day off and I often lose my vehicle in a parking lots. I'm a dreamer. Music often fills my downtime, (Guitars, vocals, bass) and I've been doing my own thing musically for a long time. I love to talk but have been blessed with a sufficient number of adventures so that it would likely be some time until I bore you with repetitive old-man stories. I'll make you laugh, really. I've spent an extended period in the military, sold ice cream, drove a school bus, was an electronic technician and much later a cab driver, wrote screenplays and the great American novel, recorded a bunch of music and visited a variety of points in-between. I've been among the fortunate who've sampled life's many flavors. I like movies but I must I confess that I'm a bit of a movie snob. I like to cook, I like classic muscle cars, old British sports cars, and long ago and far away I rode motorcycles, I still believe in magic, politically, I'm left of center, I enjoy art galleries and I've never ridden a dinosaur but I suppose there's still time. I have a job that keeps me reasonably satisfied that's a nice short distance from home, a cat that's been with me for thirteen years.I'm looking for someone with energy in her heart who still believes that good things can happen, who still believes that life is an endless learning experience. A fellow traveler of life with color and flash in her soul and some great stories of her own.
