About him
I live and commute between S. France, Paris & UK quite regularly. Raised in England but born in Paris so a mixed bag of grapes! I'm a creative person (bilingual Fr/Eng), I use words and my work engages with the micro/macro natural landscape and also interior spaces. I love contemporary art, design, architecture, gardens, music and adore humour in people - british self deprecating ironic comedy is some of the best. I still have a penchant for Paris or walks in the Cevennes mountains (S. of France) or trips around the shires back in england. I enjoy my visits to the UK and the rather chaotic bustle of London, my former city, N16 to be exact - the smells of restaurants open all hours, a good coffee, an art show, that contemporary feeling or a delicious english breakfast in a cafe nearby. Perhaps on such a day out a newspaper sits invitingly on the table next to you with an unfinished crossword puzzle facing you. It's the quick one - the easier one. Curiosity grips you and you start reading the clues. Three cryptic words play on your mind, perhaps for the rest of that day. Then a woman who you think you might have already seen on the underground brushes by you and takes the paper. Just as she leaves she utters something rather cryptic, "they're just words". Eh? Is this fate you think, even start to hope or imagine? Then you know, almost like magic, that changing moments are just like random words, a mixture of interconnected experiences all happening at once. Is this important to know? Not really! It's all astral you say to yourself or not of this earth. It's not where you are from or where you are going that is that important after all. We are all dots from a distance - from the moon we disappear from view altogether, 384,400km to be exact. I guess it's where and when and with who you cross paths with that helps solve or create life's amazing puzzles. (NB. It turns out she actually said: "It's my paper, Mr." I guess I must have imagined the rest!

Things that might help if chemistry (which it really is all about) has nothing to do with it: integrity, generous nature, honesty, conscious of healthy living and being aware of the eco sphere around you. Feeling contemporary and culturally awake. Socrates maxim and mantra: "know thyself". Someone simply happy to just talk, philosophise about many things. Someone who feels free within themselves - a free spirit I guess, akin to a kite without a string. And on occasions if this person's feet do feel firmly back on the ground they may like to share the odd art exhibition, a concert or a simple country walk?
