About her
I consider myself to be broad-minded, spontaneous and lively. I think I'm also friendly, empathetic and loyal. For more than 15 years I worked in a large literary/media agency and was lucky enough to meet many fascinating authors and others from the media world. I like to take an interest in everything around me and I care very much about our planet and spent 9 months working on a media-related project for Greenpeace as I support their aims. I also worked on another media-related project for Amnesty UK for 9 months as human rights are another area I take an active interest in. I practice yoga regularly, cycle, read, love to go to the movies, theatre and art galleries. Travelling is a passion for me and although I've travelled extensively there are still many places I must go to! In the past I've trekked in the Nepalese Himalayas and also the Andes for Action Medical Research, reaching Macchu Pichu in Peru with people I'd never met before, sleeping in tents along the way and climbing to 4200 metres!
