I suppose I would describe myself (with conventional vocabulary) as Authentic, Creative, Open, Thoughtful. And if afforded a little more idiosyncratic words as Global, Integral, Insatiable, Ineffable.
About his ideal match
I generally have a tendency to screen too heavy given my idealism so take this with a grain of salt but maybe I would say:
Looking for Creative Women, Thoughtful Women, Spiritual / Mindful / Self-aware Women.
Women with tattoos, colourful hair, expressive eyes & a soul to match.
With the relationship type specification as:
Long term, open to short.
Similar interests are nice, especially the highly creative ones but moreso it is how one relates to the world, how one converses, how open one is & how much our souls overlap. Chances are with a good overlap that i retain the integrity of my interests but are also interested in theirs and vice versa.
In any case even in absence of some of the markers presented here I would ask myself whether I am better with this person than when with oneself. If the answer is a resounding no, it might be time to move on. Otherwise whats the point.
As far as what qualities might make the relationship successful.
I think for me the most important thing is honesty & openness and both people working towards their own common good. Whether the companionship is short or long, violently passionate or a slow burn to me this is key.
If I were to describe the Ideal date:
The company is stimulating, the time flying by but the moment moving even faster, we are both growing in mutual admiration and the distance between us diminishing rapidly, the environment or activity engaging and something we both find resonance with.
The forms could be many but hopefully they never quite fit in to the moulds of the expected. I would hope that the date is memorable and resonant for both people and compatibility permitting, gives us the greatest chance of propelling us into the future.
