Upbeat BBW in the process of making positive changes via the gym, delicious healthy eating, sleeping well and other forms of self-improvement. I'm an avid reader, writing a novel with more to follow, a friendly and opinionated introvert, continually learning (mostly foreign languages), and frankly I only live to serve my 3 feline overlords, to whom I am devoted. I retired early on a low income because time is more important to me than money. While I'm engaged in a huge, time-consuming home declutter (the books!) after downsizing at speed, I would always make space in an otherwise full and rich life for someone special if I meet her. I'm looking for someone who's already happy with life, just missing the right companion with whom to share all the pleasure (and sometimes pain!) of an intimate relationship. Typically, I read The Guardian newspaper and listen to BBC Radio 4 as well as Classic FM (and other classical channels, as well as a wide range of other music).
