About her
Hello. Thank you for taking the time to look at my profile. How to encapsulate me as a person, hard to do on this kind of platform. I think to get to know me is to discover that I'm a naturally curious, positive, glass half full kind of girl. I love to be creative. I have an art studio and work mainly in mosaic, though I experimenting with printwork too now. Life is for continuous discovery and learning. I'm not someone who is looking to slow down yet. I occasionally tutor mosaics which has been very rewarding. I love to see people come in and find their own creative selves, leaving with a piece of work they are proud of. I've lived in Suffolk for around six years, a returner really, but with fresh eyes seeing the landscape and colours.
I would love to find someone who is comfortable communicating their thoughts with a good sense of emotional intelligence. I have many interests and lived in south America for a few years which gives a different slant on life.
I am the age my profile shows, and would prefer that you are too. Honesty is important to me. I'm willing to explore new horizons, with creativity, intellectual curiosity, interesting conversation, kindness and fun at the centre of it all. I have spaniels, every day find something funny and touching about them, so someone who is happy to go dog walking is a bonus. .

Who is the Ideal companion? I think time, connection and chemistry is the only way to know what works. finding someone who genuinely has a desire to meet and create a new life for the time we have left is an ongoing quest.
Preferably someone with an creative nature. Happy to potter around gardens, galleries, a walk around the countryside, windy beach or London ( lived in London a long time).
My first degree was history of art and architecture and I very much have a passion for travelling to beautiful historical places. There is a lot in the UK I have yet to see.
I'm not necessarily looking for.a house companion at this stage , but who knows if things work out? a travel companion would be fun. Someone who has a sense of themselves and takes care of their appearance and home.
I have young grandchildren so someone who would be happy to be part of a wider family interaction now and again.
