I always try to look on the bright side and try to take pleasure in the little and big things in life.
I workout regularly and enjoy the challenge of trying to keep up with the younger guys. Health and fitness is important to me but I'm not obsessive about it. Most days I eat cake! Other sports I enjoy include hiking, trail running, mountain biking and wild swimming.
I was a bit of a thrill seeker in the past but that seems to have mellowed now. Occasionally I'll do something spicy just to live a little.
In an ideal world, every day would finish with a hearty meal in a cosy pub. I've been told I make a good cup of tea, and at the end of the day, is there anything more important than that?

I don't think there is an ideal match as chemistry will always win, but it would be nice to have a travel companion and someone to explore new places with.
