About her
Hi! Well, here goes...I am a genuine, easy-going, creative, nature loving, non-materialistic woman. I am very independent but ready to share life with a like-minded male. I live rurally, in south-west Portugal - away from the ex-pat scene, which I am really not into. I spend most of my time doing artwork, also enjoying a game of chess, sunsets, walks...it would be fun to do activities with a special someone.
I am now self-employed but in the past have taught Interior Design at a college in the UK, amongst a whole variety of other jobs. I get inspired with natural-building discussion - 6 years ago, I designed and built my own house, which I live comfortably in. I have enjoyed travelling in my trusty old Merc van to Morocco, and will do so again once it is possible.
My outlook on life?..Embrace everything! I am always up for an adventure and have often leapt without a safety net. I knew from a young age that I was NOT going to be an old person sitting there saying 'I wish I had done'...whatever.
I detest shopping and television. Money and status do not impress me. Honesty does.

It's difficult to consider this really..chemistry either happens or it doesn't. It would be great to meet someone who has had adventures ,as anyone who has lived in the same town for all their life and is happy being 'normal' would bore me.
The icing on the cake would be a guitar player!! I enjoy playing but get really inspired when I have other musicians in my life.
