About her
I am a warm, lively and engaging woman with an intelligent curiosity about people, life and pretty much everything. My main home is in Lincolnshire but I also have an apartment on the canal at Kings Cross where I am a couple of days each week. In town I am keen on theatre, opera, dance, exhibitions and dining out. In the country I am keen on lake swimming, walking, yoga and pottering around in the garden. Quite well-travelled, love dramatic landscapes and great architecture. Not a beach bunny or a cruise candidate.
I am an ‘improving’ pianist and currently studying composition. I’ve always been a choral singer (in small ensembles) and these days I’m also a Samaritan on the phone lines every week.
A quick and curious mind, lover of meaningful conversation .... not very good at idle chit chat. Not madly gregarious, but value and nurture my friendships. Delighted to have a Labour government back in power, whatever the compromises.
