You should get to know me because I have many varied interests such as pyrotechnics, progressive politics, ethnic fine dining, hiking, biking, kayaking, yoga, healthy cooking (mostly veg), parenting, 60's and 70's reggae, blues, jazz and rock, gardening, museum visits, exotic travel and a lot more. I am generally a happy positive sort who likes to read and do jewelry fabrication. Educated in the Arts, NPR listener, cat and fish parent along with an 11 year old still at home (except on the weekends) and a 24 year old who is out on his own.
I am a 67 year old in the body and mind of a 40 year old. Yikes!

My match should be fit, mentally and physically, and be comfortable in hiking boots, Tevas and heels when the occasion calls for them. She should be politically aware, and enjoy spontaneous displays of affection. Eating in various ethnic restaurants is a part of my foodie thing so picky eaters might not be a good fit.
