I am a freelance archivist with a lovely home in the countryside complete with garden, library and dog. I'm pretty content but ultimately sharing my life might be nice so here I am.
I love history, art, literature, music, geology, the natural world and the great outdoors, animals, walking/hiking, writing, travelling in the UK and abroad, exploring sites of historic interest, real ale, colours, any form of flying, films, theatre, socialising and being with friends and family.

I'm looking for somebody fun who really enjoys life, with lots of interests including some shared ones. Somebody happy with who they are but who would like to one day enrich their life with a long term relationship. It is important to me that they are outdoor loving and active, up for adventures in UK and elsewhere. Also some interest in culture and arts would be great. I think shared interests are important but so is your own space. A cliche perhaps, but a sense of humour is also essential. I like to laugh!
