About her
It's scary to be approaching 50 and finding myself unexpectedly on a dating site. Although some of the most successful relationships I know have developed on here so fingers crossed.
I would describe myself and friendly, chatty, quirky, silly and cheeky. I consider myself kind, creative, thoughtful and considerate and certainly I am very honest and have integrity.
I am an Art Teacher and teach in two very different schools. I really love my job and love sharing my enthusiasm for art with others. its great to see the children are really happy to be in the Art room. I also love working with my colleagues they are caring, professional and great company.
I have spent the last 20 years married and the last 14 years devoting myself to my lovely kids they are now beginning to do their own thing. After years of literally spending all my time with at least one child ( I think I inadvertently did attachment parenting) they are now growing up and are less dependent and I am finding I have more space and time to myself.
I can be pottering around the lounge and wondering why I am still watching or listening to the Flash or Supergirl. I can actually switch over to Radio 6 and have the space and time to myself, its great. We have a very creative lifestyle in our home it's very often difficult to find space on the dining room table as there is always some art, craft or drawing happening.

I am hoping to meet someone who has a very positive, happy outlook, who has motivation, is honest and has integrity. A mellow chap with similar interests and a big smile would be great.
I would be looking for a steady slow friendship to develop after spending such a long time in a relationship.
