I love exploring what London has to offer - exhibitions, museums, restaurants, great cafes, ancient pubs, quirky attractions....and want to find someone to discover it all with.
For me food is one of life's big pleasures so my shelves are full of cookbooks and I love to try out new recipes. A recent success was green tea ice cream (a real faff without an ice cream maker, but so worth it!)
I'm an 'Italophile' and have a real soft spot for Italian art, landscape/gardens, language, food....somehow Italy gets hold of all your senses and I have had some of the happiest moments of my life there.
I like to get creative when I can and dabble in mosaic and collage, which can have the downside of ending up with bits of paper and tile all over the house. I've just finished a Peter Blake-inspired collage of people of all sorts of eras and cultures crossing Westminster Bridge - I guess for me it sums up what's wonderful about this city.
When the weather is good and the tides are right I like to go mudlarking on the river and cling to the hope that one day, something Roman will turn up. I can dream.
I wouldn't say I define myself by my music but at the moment my commute listening is an eccentric mix of Bob Dylan, Stevie Wonder, Koop, Nicola Conte and Caro Emerald. Hope that list hasn't caused some algorithm somewhere to crash and melt down.

I'm kind, loyal, honest and hope to find those qualities in others. I love to laugh as well, and couldn't imagine myself with someone who doesn't see the frequently ridiculous side of life!
