I can be spontaneous, confident and outgoing but I also have a deeper more spiritual side. I still practice astanga yoga and pilates and am qualified to teach both. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends but miss the mutual support and closeness of a happy relationship. I feel its time now to make time for a more balanced life and have just made the decision to retire from my main profession. My other hobbies are making natural skin care and aromatherapy products and perfume, for men and women. I believe in the power of natural fragrances and their affects to the emotions.

My ideal man would be around my own age and happy within himself, chosen career or retirement. He will have taken the time to keep himself fit and healthy and be emotionally sensitive, caring, thoughtful, honest and loyal with respect for himself and others.
