About her
I live in a lovely town on the edge of Epping Forest. I have a rewarding job in London and a fulfilling social life. I love to dance, particularly modern jive, while at home I'm happiest in the kitchen, cooking and baking. I'm also a proficient pianist - playing is both a passion and an amazing way to relax.
Of an evening, I find peace by filling the lounge with candles and curling up on the sofa to watch a good film or the latest episode of my favourite series. On a sunny day, if I have no other plans, I head out for a long walk in the forest or to enjoy the nature and waterways of the Lea Valley Park, which is right on my doorstep. That said, I enjoy filling my life with as many different experiences as possible, although doing so would be much more enjoyable with someone special.
Adventure is something I seek out, through travel, activities or simply by trying something new. I also get a thrill out of being spontaneous and believe you only regret the things you don't do...
I am fortunate in having a wide and varied circle of friends who are always there for me, however often or not I see them, and I really enjoy spending time with them. Frequently that involves discovering a new restaurant, going to the theatre or cinema, laughing a lot at a comedy evening or just sharing a few glasses of wine and good chat in a local bar.
A perfect day for me doesn't have to be anything extravagant. Thoughtful touches speak so much and jumping in the car for a spontaneous day then returning to a lovingly home-cooked meal and curling up together can be really rewarding.
I'd still love to explore more of South America, improve my Spanish, learn to tango properly, have singing lessons and drive a single-seater car round Silverstone.
Places I love include anywhere by the sea, somewhere Mother Nature is breathtakingly raw and, by contrast, buzzy, cosmopolitan cities.
