I am a young at heart, warm, tactile, emotionally intelligent woman with a wicked sense of humour, a thirst for life, travel and learning (about myself and the world around me). I am pretty spontaneous and keen to try new experiences but often find myself doing so alone and suspect would be much better shared in the right company.
It has been said that I am a good communicator which translates into my being a good listener (if that makes sense?). Words are important to me and whilst I accept that these profiles are a necessary part of the process I would much rather speak with you than spend hours pounding on the keyboard.
My children are now doing their own thing but we are close .. I feel blessed. Friend and family are an important part of my life. I am a passionate home maker and get huge pleasure from hosting and entertaining. My roast potatoes are legendary it seems.
Culturally curious and open minded with a broad taste in music. More at home in the country but do get a thrill from the buzz of London and all it has to offer. Love to garden, country pursuits and just being outdoors. I am fit but not a gym bunny and whilst appearance is important to me I am not self-obsessed. Confession- I have a passion for cars!
